About Me

Even in the toughest of life's circumstances, there is always hope.

For some, the idea of therapy is a terrifying last ditch effort in an attempt to find answers and peace.  For others, counseling is as natural as getting your oil changed to keep your engine running smoothly. Where ever you or your loved one may lie on this spectrum, my office offers a safe nonjudgmental environment in which to work through what’s under the hood with a bit of humor and grace.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Board Certified Counselor by the National Board for Certified Counselors.  I am also a member of both the American Counseling Association and the Association of Child and Adolescent Counseling.  Additionally, I have been trained in Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) by the International Critical Incident Stress Foundation.
